Delivery

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 4 business days of receiving your order.

Regarding returns due to the product being out of the pickup period or an incomplete delivery address, etc.


Once shipped, you will have approximately one week to collect your item.

If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will contact you with a notice of absence.
Please make sure to arrange your desired delivery date and time within the receipt period and receive your item.

We will contact you by email or phone in the following cases:

・If you are unable to contact the contact details listed on the absence notice

- If the delivery address is incomplete and delivery is not possible

・If you are unable to receive the package within the storage period set by Yamato Transport

If you do not respond to our contact, the product will be returned to us.

Regarding re-shipment of products returned due to a long absence or refusal to accept delivery, we will only re-ship after receiving payment of the necessary costs such as shipping and packaging fees.

Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with payment will be borne by the customer.

If we are unable to confirm the transfer to the designated account within the deadline, we will refund the amount after offsetting necessary expenses.
In this case, please note that we will not be able to resend the product.

If you are unable to receive your ordered items due to refusal to accept them for personal reasons or due to prolonged absence, we may be forced to restrict your use of this website.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product is defective, we will replace it.

We take every precaution to ensure quality and customer service, but if the product is obviously defective, such as deformed or damaged, or if the product you received is different from what you ordered, please contact us by email within 5 business days of the delivery date. After confirmation, we will accept returns or exchanges.
In such cases, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs and any transfer fees associated with the refund.

Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after five business days. Also, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

*The maximum refund will be the amount you paid plus return shipping costs.

Questions about the CATASTA series scaffolding model

CATASTA is a 1/10 scale model series for educational purposes for scaffolding craftsmen, recreating the wedge-type scaffolding used on residential construction sites. It has been produced using 3D printing technology under the supervision of professional scaffolding craftsmen.

CATASTA is suitable for training scaffolding workers and safety courses, and can also be enjoyed as a display diorama.

There are two types of CATASTA: Type A and Type B. Each is based on the model actually used on-site. We also offer sets to suit a variety of situations, such as a starter set for beginners to scaffolding education and CATASTA Lite for display.

The CATASTA Starter Set is an introductory set for learning the basics of scaffolding. It includes the main components and is ready to assemble and use right away. The price is 99,000 yen (tax and shipping included).

Yes, starting in July 2024, CATASTA components will be available for purchase by type. Please select the components you need according to your preferences.

CATASTA is intended for ages 15 and over. Please do not allow small children to use it as there is a risk of accidentally swallowing parts.

Please read the assembly instructions carefully and assemble correctly. Assembling in an unintended manner may result in injury or damage to the product.

Avoid storing in direct sunlight, in hot and humid places, or near fire, as this may cause discoloration or distortion.

The CATASTA series is manufactured using the latest 3D printing technology, achieving a level of detail that is indistinguishable from the real thing, and is made from highly durable resin.
